We Offer Top-tier pay plan based on experience and production goals 401(k) retirement plan with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Monday - Friday schedule with occasional rotating Saturdays Paid time off (PTO) and employee discounts Career growth and ongoing professional development opportunities Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the collision center to ensure production efficiency and high-quality repairs Lead and manage a team of estimators, body technicians, and painters Coordinate repair schedules, parts ordering, and workflow to maximize throughputMaintain compliance with OEM repair standards and safety protocols Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, customers, and internal departments Track performance metrics, profitability, and customer satisfaction Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote accountability and growth Requirements / Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing an automotive collision or body shop (dealership experience preferred). Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating systems (CCC ONE or similar), and insurance procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive productivity while maintaining high quality standards. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. I‑CAR certification or equivalent industry credentials a plus.
