Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating systems (CCC ONE or similar), and insurance procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive productivity while maintaining high quality standards. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. I‑CAR certification or equivalent industry credentials a plus.
