Job Full Description Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, personable, and well-organized Booking Agent for a local company in homestead. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, process bookings, and provide customers with accurate information about availability and pricing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and can manage multiple tasks at once.
Requirements: - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer bookings and confirm all required details
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and services
- Manage multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and messaging
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve questions or concerns
- Use sales skills to upsell services when appropriate
- Keep organized records of bookings and customer interactions
- Represent the company in a positive and personable way
Schedule & Pay: - Must be available to work between 9:00AM - 11:00 PM on Weekends & Monday
- Pay: $14/H with competitive commission structure (opportunity to earn $250+ in commission per weekend)
Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly
- Must be comfortable working independently from home
- Must have a personal computer and reliable high-speed internet
