Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long-term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are committed to enhancing the lives of our residents and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for our staff.

We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our Pastoral Care Team. This individual will help provide spiritual care to residents, family, staff and volunteers, respecting the faith and traditions of each. This part-time 40hrs bi weekly position requires availability on weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities include:

• Presiding at communion services
• Hospitality ministry, including transporting residents
• Distributing communion
• Performing spiritual assessments
• Visiting with residents
• Charting services and care

Requirements include:

• At minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
• 3 years with pastoral, spiritual, guidance, or counseling situations
• Ability to collaborate with the pastoral team
• Understanding of contemporary theology
• Good communication skills

We are located on 92 nd  and Howard.
