Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a short-term project in Houston, TX. This will be a 3-4 week contract position. The primary responsibility of this role is to transfer information from various documents into an Excel file accurately and efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer information from physical and digital documents into an Excel file.
• Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Organize and maintain data files and records.
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve any discrepancies.

Compensation:

$19.00/hr to $24.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
