Electronics Assembler

Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking Electronics Assemblers to join their team. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting various assembly lines. The ideal candidate will have a positive work attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Location: Havana, FL

Pay Range: Starting at $16.00/hr.

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly operations on parts, printed circuit boards, cables, and electronic enclosures.
• Utilize fixtures, soldering equipment, and hand tools to ensure proper fit and adjustments.
• Follow detailed work instructions and occasionally work from blueprints.
• Assist with prep and setup of assembly lines.
• Train and support team members in assembly tasks as needed.

What's Needed?

• 6 Months of electronics assembly experience
• Cell leadership a plus
• Soldering experience is a plus!
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and ESD requirements.
• Ability to follow pictorial and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize MRP/ERP systems for reporting and data entry.
