About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its economic development initiatives. The role demands a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, an adaptive communicator, and a balanced personality that is both a diligent operator and an opportunity-sensing strategist. The Executive Director will be expected to create a strong foundation in the first year, implementing reporting frameworks, standard operating procedures, and data-driven tools to support the organization's work and impact.
