Job Description
In 2011, our Founder Adam Rice, opened his first facility in Myrtle Beach, SC. Adam selected the name ISI® Elite Training based on Proverbs 27:17:”Iron Sharpens iron, as one man sharpens another.” He took this philosophy to his business and created an aligned community where like-minded people inspire, motivate and hold each other accountable to achieve their desired results.
ISI® Elite Training sessions are led by energetic and certified coaches. Each workout takes members through a fast-passed Athletic Based Training (ABT) session, burning up to 1,000 calories in 50 minutes. Our training program builds self-confidence, increases muscular strength abs endurance, burns fat, and improves flexibility for all fitness levels.Part Time

As a coach at our ISI® Elite Training facility, you will positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout! Our coaches design their own workouts, which gives you the flexibility and freedom to be creative and never feel like a robot delivering someone else’s workout plan.

Specific job duties, requirements, and responsibilities vary between each ISI® Elite Training facility and more details can be provided by the facility manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.

Applicants must have:
● 1 year minimum experience as a certified personal trainer/group fitness trainer
● Certification through a nationally recognized organization (AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.).
● Current CPR/AED.
● a willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
● a great personality.

Compensation
Pay:$30o $35.00 per hour/session (based on experience) plus $13.00 per day worked cleaning fee to clean up and reset the gym for the next class/session.

Job Type: Part Time
Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour/session plus $13.00 clean up feel at the end of your work day to clean up and reset the gym/facility for the next class/session.
Hourly pay: $13.00 per hour for all ISI related training and for any required meetings at the gym.
