Off-Shift Nurse Manager (RN)

Massachusetts | Variable Shifts | Floating Required

📅 Must be available through the Christmas holiday

Join a leading healthcare team as an Off-Shift Manager covering multiple locations. This role offers a fast-paced environment and leadership responsibility across varied units.

✅ Experience: 1+ year in Nurse Manager/Charge RN role
✅ Certifications: Active MA RN license & AHA BLS
✅ EMR: EPIC experience required or preferred
✅ Floating: Yes | Scrubs: Any color
✅ Schedule: Variable shifts, every other major holiday

• Updated resume showing travel experience
• 2 recent Charge/Manager references
• Skills checklist
• NURSYS report (past/present RN licenses)
• Valid driver’s license matching demographics
• RTO submitted at time of application
