We’re looking for an Administrator to lead a well-respected facility in Lucasville, Ohio that offers memory care, respite care, behavioral health, long-term and short-term care, and rehab services.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of Administrator experience in skilled nursing & rehab (new administrators are also welcome to apply).
• A track record of driving financial, clinical, and regulatory success.
• Skill in developing and empowering strong leadership teams.
• Deep knowledge of survey processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Experience hiring and building compassionate healthcare teams.
• Strong communication skills with families to keep them informed and reassured.
• Active NHA license in Ohio.
