We are seeking a motivated, clinically strong *Optometrist (OD)* to join a growing group of *medically focused eye care practices* in Westchester County, NY. Our model is built around *comprehensive medical optometry*, advanced diagnostics, and thoughtful vertical integration—rather than retail volume or walk-in care.

* *Scheduled appointments only*—no retail pressure and no walk-in volume
* Fully staffed with *trained ophthalmic technicians* (approximately 1 technician per doctor)

Pay: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
