Overview:
Detail oriented position responsible for medical record review of all Start of Care, Recertification, and Resumption OASIS and concurring orders; communicating needed corrections with clinical staff and ensuring completion in a timely manner. Serving as an expert in OASIS completion and Home Health ICD-9 and ICD-10 Coding and Sequencing. Excellent organizational and time management skills are needed for this high volume workload. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Education
Registered Nurse, required
Experience
Must have 3 to 5 years home health experience
Preferred Certification
ICD-9 Certified
ICD-10 Certified
Home Care Certified
