Tax Manager – CPA Firm
Remote with Occasional Onsite in Greater Miami, FL

Are you looking for a remote opportunity while still collaborating in-person when needed? ARC Group is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a reputable CPA firm based in Miami, Florida . This permanent position primarily focuses on reviewing tax returns prepared by staff and senior accountants. Most work will involve S-Corp and C-Corp returns , with occasional high-net-worth individual tax returns .

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tax preparation for corporate and individual returns and approve work completed by staff and senior accountants.

• Perform year-end accrual reviews and prepare tax provisions.

• Review and prepare various personal property tax returns.

• Review additional filings, including annual reports, intangible tax, and sales and use tax.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of public accounting experience.

• 3+ years of experience reviewing individual and corporate tax returns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and tax software such as FastTrack or similar.
• The right candidate must live in Greater Miami, FL to qualify for this role. 
• Must have permanent work authorization (no sponsorship available). This is not C2C eligible .

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English .
