CDL-A - Regional Van Truckload Truck Driver

Join Schneider as a CDL-A driver, driving regional van truckloads across the Eastern 37 states.

Job Overview


  • Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
  • Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less downtime.
  • Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
  • 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
  • Drive within the Eastern 37 states.


Pay and Bonus
  • Total pay range: $1,060$1,300 weekly.
  • Monthly home time.
  • Sign-on bonus: $6,000 paid over 12 months for experienced drivers; $3,000 paid over 12 months for inexperienced drivers.
  • Mileage incentive: Potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles.
  • Weekly performance pay, annual 2% bonus.
  • Paid orientation; paid time off after 6 months; 6 days of holiday pay per year.


Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
  • Valid CDL training permit if interested in company-paid CDL training.
  • HazMat endorsement preferred.
  • Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
