Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and daily living adaptations.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure personalized and effective care plans.
• Document visits and maintain progress notes in compliance with policy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team training.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (2-year degree).
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in the state.
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required if you’re driven and eager to learn.
• A passion for patient-centered care and improving lives.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the therapy team.
• Commitment to professional integrity and high-quality care.

Where You'll Work:

• In the patient’s home – making therapy personal and impactful.
• In your community – avoid long commutes and serve nearby areas.
• Occasional visits to the office for meetings or training.
