Job Description Job Description We are a natural stone supply company looking for a full time Scale House Supervisor to ensure daily operations are running efficiently and executed in a timely manner. This position is Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5pm. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Operates Scales and ensure customer vehicles are loaded according to company policy Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations Forklift experience or willingness to learn Be able to follow all safety policies and procedures Basic Mathematical skills required, including common units of measurements Must have reliable transportation Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Handle inbound and outbound calls Responding to company emails in a professional manner Responsible for creating invoice tickets and accurately handle all cash and credit card transactions Generate quotes Maintaining an organized and clean workspace Provides administrative support as needed to the owner of the company A high level of alertness and attentiveness is needed to ensure a safe working environment
